| ROVE | The main objection to your nomination of Harriet was the fact that her only qualification was that she was your friend. I think it would be wise to avoid going down that path again. |
| BUSH | No friends? |
| ROVE | No friends, sir. |
| BUSH | But who does that leave? Jeb is busy in Florida, Neil had that banking thing, Jenna and Barb are just too young... |
| ROVE (thinking) | This is going to take longer than I thought... |
