You may have a point, Brent. I kind of followed Tyler Martin's lead with the multiple-blog thing, and now I'm starting to rethink it. Basically, I want to have the capability of having blog posts that aren't associated with comics, but those shouldn't be in the place of comics. Maybe some tweaking of the software to show non-comic blog posts before the comics if they're newer... Anyone else got any ideas?

Um... Brad? I hate to nitpick at you, but this thing with having two blogs... Really sucks.

You might be wondering why you've only gotten three votes on your poll in five days? I promise you, it's not because we don't care. We want to see the next story. It's because 90% of your readers (yeah, totally made-up statistic, but I bet it's right, anyway) don't know the poll is there. Most of them probably don't even know this blog is here. 'Cause, well... Why would they? There's a comic, right where they're expecting a comic, and a blog entry right under it. Why would anyone scroll down looking for another blog?

Yeah, apparently, I did, and three other people did (and it's possible they didn't, that they actually just found the poll on the forum). But most of your readers didn't, and won't--probably even if you put up a big blog entry that says "SCROLL DOWN FOR ANOTHER BLOG."

Sorry, dude. The public just isn't ready for a two-blog system yet.

But, yeah. If you want your readers to vote in your poll--and I guarantee you, they'd want to, if they knew about it--you need to put a link to it where they'll see it.

Meanwhile, I'll vote myself, as soon as I get around to setting up a forum account. :)
